Cardinals to Make Appearances at Two Virginia Universities This Month

The Charlottesville Cardinals will make appearances at the University of Virginia and at Virginia State Unversity in October.
On Wednesday, October 3rd, the Cardinals will perform a demonstration with the students of Dr. Kelly’s Adaptive Physical Education class at Slaughter Recreation Center at 5:00 p.m. The Cardinals will provide instruction to the students about the game and then the students will give it a try–culminating in an exciting game of the student All-stars vs. the Cardinals!

Then on Tuesday, October 23rd the Cardinals will travel to Virginia State University in Petersburg to be part of their disability awareness program and their “Midnight Madness” unveiling of their 2012-12 men’s varsity basketball squad.
The Cardinals will play a demonstration game against their arch-rival alter-ego “Virginia Renegades” team as a prelude to the presentation of the VSU team. It’s also a great event!
