CHARLOTTESVILLE–The Charlottesville Cardinals wheelchair basketball team will play two scrimmage games against the Richmond Rimriders this Sunday, April 7th starting at 9:15 a.m. at the Carver Recreation Center (233 4th Street NW). The Cardinals are tuning up for the National Wheelchair Basketball Association’s national championship tournament in Louisville, Kentucky, which begins on April 18th. The Cardinals are ranked 12th in the nation and will face 5th-ranked University of Arizona team.
